Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin your return, you can contact us  If your return is accepted, we will get back to you within 3 business days and send you a return label with the return address and return details. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then either offer an exchange for the replacement or issue a refund.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Customer-caused damage/lost items are non-refundable.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


If you do not receive a refund within 7-15 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to be officially issued. If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us.

 We do not charge any return handling fees other than shipping costs.
